Swindon Link has reported on Oakhurst Residents' concerns about the Tadpole Farm development here.

New (Unreleased) Proposed Plans from Swindon Borough Council

In their Cabinet meeting of 11th January 2011, SBC put forward their new version of the Core Strategy to be ratified.

It can be viewed here (go to pages 110 to 112 to see the sections pertaining to Tadpole Farm).  There is also an ammended appendix with a replacement diagram for the site here.

Questions asked of SBC Cabinet 19th January 2011

During the  meeting of 19th January 2011, the ORA asked questions regarding the Tadpole Farm development of Swindon Borough Council Cabinet.

'New Masterplanning' Conceptual Plan for Tadpole Farm (circa August 2009) and some analysis.

"NEW Masterplanning were appointed by Crest Nicholson in 2008 to prepare a concept plan and strategy leading to a detailed masterplan for a sustainable urban extension on the northern edge of Swindon."

The Oakhurst Residents' Association Committee will be meeting on Thursday 20th January 2011 to discuss the excellent turnout from the meeting of 11th January, how to best continue their efforts in addressing the development of the Tadpole Farm site, and what else it can do to serve our community.
